5 Ways to Create a Morning Routine

  1. Before you get out of bed think of one thing you are grateful for and share it with God.
  2. As you make your cup of coffee or tea instead of multitasking just stay present to the process.  Yes watch the water boil and use the time to be grateful for the moment.
  3. Read a devotional with your breakfast.  If you a family read and discuss with breakfast.
  4. As you get out of bed try some side to side stretches greeting the morning and being aware of your body.
  5. Take 3 deep breaths before you leave the house.  Acknowledge the gift of God with you as your enter your day.
