Wonder meditation

Sit somewhere that is unusual for you.  Maybe a room you rarely use or a chair you rarely sit in or face a chair in a different direction.  You may want to lay on the floor or lay on your bed with your head where you feet normally go.

Take a few deep breaths.  Create a space of gratitude for the gift of breath.

Now notice the space your are in from a place of wonder.  Look at the objects with the eye of a child or a stranger.

Repeat the phrase " I wonder".

Do this for as long as you wish.  Feel free to repeat "I wonder" throughout the day.
