Here are three small practices - try them for 30 days and see what you notice:
- Think of an area of your life where you would like to see change. (money, health, time with God etc.)
- Keep a small notice book with you and start tracking your actions in that area. Examples: where you spend your money, what you eat, how your use your time.
- Spend a few minutes each day looking at what you wrote and think of one small change you could make.
