Debra Brunk, MS, PhD, CNS

I love watching individuals with chronic health issues take charge of their body and begin to feel better. I love collecting and evaluating my clients’ health clues and finding patterns that lead us, as partners, to the root cause. I love helping my clients understand their body and how it works, so that they know how to take care of their body over the long term, not just while we’re working together.

My job is to look at where you currently are and where you want to go from a health perspective - and to come up with a plan for getting there that enables you to be successful. This means we communicate about what’s worked in the past and what hasn’t, and what you’re ready to take on and what you aren’t. Together, we’ll come up with a plan that is specific to you, that meets your goals while working with your life. This approach sets the foundation for a long-term change, which is what’s necessary for chronic disease, rather than a short-term fix. I offer a complimentary 20-minute exploratory session to discuss your concerns and goals. If it makes sense for us to work together, we’ll set up a new client package that includes a 1.5 - 2-hour initial consultation followed by 2 1 hour follow-up consultations.
