Mindfulness Meditation
Drop-In Class

Each 90-minute class includes: mindfulness- and loving kindness-based practice instructions, 20-minute guided and 30-minute silent meditations, 10-minutes mindful movement, and open Q&A.

All are welcome! Meditating with a group is powerful. If you’re a first-timer, come get the tools you need to get started. If you haven’t meditated in a while, come get a boost of motivation. If you have a consistent practice, come be energized and deepen your commitment to yourself. One of our participants says, “I keep coming back to this class, because I get what I need to live my life more mindfully and with more peace and joy. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to incorporate more mindfulness into their days and improve their quality of life.”

Mindfulness is a sitting meditation practice. Chairs, cushions and blankets are provided, although feel free to bring your own if you choose.

Mindfulness Meditation Drop-In Classes are scheduled for Fridays,
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM • $20
