with Paula Shoup
What stories are you telling yourself about this past year (or longer) and/or about the new U.S. President being inaugurated on January 20th, 2017?
What emotions are coming up with those stories: frustration, regret, anger, loss, longing, fear?
Our human brains are wired for story and when we fall (not if), we may get stuck in those stories and they start to define who we are and how we show up.
In this Rising Strong™ workshop based on the powerful research of Brené Brown, PhD, you will learn how to:
- Get curious about your stories and emotions
- Tools to increase your resilience and alignment with your authentic self (or soul)
- Re-write your stories in order to live with more courage, connection, and compassion.
