How do people consistently get back up with more courage, compassion and connection after they fall in the service of daring greatly? What do they do differently?
Brené Brown, PhD, researched these questions over years of interviews with wholehearted people and created a process that is powerful in shifting your ability to get back up stronger, with more compassion and connect and to dare greatly again and again.
Our human brains are wired for story and when we fall (not if), if we get stuck in our stories, they can define who we are and how we show up.
In this Rising Strong™ workshop based on the powerful research of Brené Brown, PhD, you will learn how to:
- Get curious about your stories and emotions to move forward
- Use tools to increase your resilience and alignment with your authentic self (or soul) for more courage, compassion and connection
- Re-write your stories to dare greatly more and rise strong.
