Every faith tradition has a form of meditation. This is a time to set aside the things of this world and rest in the presence of God/Divine in silence, simplicity and humility. Silence comes in many forms so our meditation times offers 20 minutes of silence for mantra or breath meditation. It doesn't take a long time to add silence and simplicity to your life.
