Come and enjoy some time for yourself after the fullness of the Holidays.
Just like our breath there are time to inhale all the fullness of life and then to have a time to pause and exhale before the next inhale. This keep our being balanced as we move through life.
As a gift to you Pathways of Grace is opening up to give you that place to exhale. During this time one of our Practitioners will be present to share a meditation, quiet activity, a conversation or you may find a space to rest, reflect and be on your own. This is YOUR time, with no demands or expectations.
Come take some time to exhale before the New Year.

Quiet Places Open House with Gina Pollard
Gina Pollard is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist® and a Life Transition Coach. Her focus is in helping people deal with grief and loss, past abuse issues, and moving into new life stages. Her experience in leading Mending the Soul abuse support groups, and providing pastoral care gives her a deep understanding what it means to feel deep pain, need a glimmer of hope, and do the work to have a fulfilling life.
A self-described “hope junkie,” Gina continues to journey with others, helping them to validate the whole of who they are in the world and in their lives. Gina earned her Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and is ordained by the National Association of Christian Ministers. In addition to her coaching and recovery practice, she also works at Fuller Seminary Arizona helping to provide spiritual formation for seminary students.
Amanda's passion is to create the space where each person can listen deeply the Wisdom Within. As life continually unfolds, it is so important to have others to walk along side us. Founder of Pathways of Grace, Amanda has experience as a pastor, hospice chaplain, spiritual director, life coach and artist.
With her group work and retreats, she emphasizes the gift of community; that in being present to one another, no matter what the similarities or differences might be, we are all connected. She is co-director of The Art of Deep Listening spiritual direction training and Supervision of Spiritual Directors training at Pathways of Grace. She has led many contemplative workshops and retreats and is adjunct faculty at the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction.
Kim de Beus, MA, CSD, loves the inner journey, mindfulness, centering prayer, music, animals and grandkids. Kim says that “finding a meditative practice has been life changing and helps ground me to the ever present stillness of Mystery; even in the midst of (the mess of) life.”
Kim offers spiritual direction (where is God in your life), inner journey guidance (responding to God in your life) and discernment assistance to anyone walking the journey by creating sacred space for listening, exploring and discovering what God is up to in your life. The emergence of new and abundant life is often impeded and Kim would delight in innovating spiritual practices that may deepen your inner journey. You may contact Kim at email@example.com.
Rhonda’s passion is cultivating peace and spaciousness within self and others so we can live into the incredible beings we are called to be. She loves finding peace wherever – in moments of silence, connecting with others, time spent on the mat, meditating, hiking, at the beach – all and more provide time for a breathe pause to connect with the essence of the Divine within us.
Rhonda’s offerings include spiritual direction, restoring your being via breath, supported openings, and sound, and integrate the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual to tap into the quiet space within where being is wisdom resides. From here, discerning what is there, waiting to be unearthed and embraced unfolds.
She is trained in spiritual direction, profound guided meditation (Yoga Nidra), body movement and breathing via yogic training. She credits her success as a professional leader with these teachings, as well as MBA and BS degrees.
