Introduction to Deep Listening - August 19

With Amanda Petersen and Michelle Jereb

We live in times where it is easier to find division than it is unity. How do you listen to someone who has very different values than you and not make them the other or the enemy? How do you love someone different than yourself and not disregard your own values? Deep Listening is a way of staying in those challenging places for the sake of Love and connection.

During this introduction we will:
• Look at some of the core blocks and invitations to learning to listen deeply.
• Learn some mindful practices that will all presence with others.
• Experience what Deep Listening is all about.

Deep Listening is a practice rather that something that is understood. For this reason this workshop will be experiential and limited to 6 participants.
