Embracing Your Feminine Strength

As professional women, we are driven. We are used to making decisions, getting things done and managing work and family. However, when it comes to our softer side, we are often challenged. How do we allow our partner to take care of us? Or how do we allow him to help with chores? Receiving help are feminine qualities that many of us have left by the way side in order to be successful. Join us for a workshop jam-packed with activities that allow you to understand how to reclaim your feminine qualities without losing your independence, and move into more balance.

Facilitated by Selina Schuh and Ro Rusnock

Embracing Your Feminine Strength

Selina Schuh is an educator, speaker, writer and owner of Empowered Living Strategies. For over 25 years she worked in education, collaborating with students of all ages. Since creating a marriage that feeds her soul after years of struggle, Selina combined her passion for personal growth with her experience in effective teaching to create a step-by-step system, which walks clients through the process of building deeply connected relationships. She is the author of Becoming Your Own Knight in Shining Armor: A Guide to Love that Feeds Your Soul. Learn more about her work at

Ro Rusnock, owner of Elements and Energy, is rapidly becoming a nationally known Feng Shui consultant, speaker, teacher and coach with Feng Shui. She is certified with the Western School of Feng Shui. She is also a certified Reiki Therapist. She works with a new generation of men and women who are familiar or already know the law of attraction. They may or may not say this out loud, yet they want to make a lot more money, make a positive impact in the world and be seen in a much bigger way. They struggle with feeling they have so much to offer and contribute, however, they are not sure how to go forward in making these changes for themselves. They also want to release old negative beliefs that are holding them back and feel they can’t do it alone.
