Mindfulness Meditation with Marnee Weber

Each 75-minute class includes: mindfulness- and lovingkindness-based practice instructions, 20-minute guided and 30-minute silent meditations, 10-minutes mindful movement, and open Q&A. 

All are welcome! Meditating with a group is powerful. If you’re a first-timer, come get the tools you need to get started. If you haven’t meditated in a while, come get a boost of motivation. If you have a consistent practice, come be energized and deepen your commitment to yourself. One of our participants says, “I keep coming back to this class, because I get what I need to live my life more mindfully and with more peace and joy. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to incorporate more mindfulness into their days and improve their quality of life.”

Mindfulness is a sitting meditation practice. Chairs, cushions and blankets are provided, although feel free to bring your own if you choose.

Marnee Weber, ACC, CDWF is the warm-hearted and impassioned founder of Metta Lane Mindfulness Academy, a provider of mindfulness-based education and empowerment for self-healing. The research-based and accredited curricula she teaches have been proven to help people around the world meet their stress, pain and fears with wisdom, acceptance and compassion. The mission of Metta Lane is to inspire and empower people to be present to each moment of life, to be compassionate with their own and others’ limitations, and manifest their visions for happy and healthy lives. Marnee meets each student wherever they are in their journey; assisting them in discovering their own inner wisdom and pathways to inner peace. Marnee’s teaching experience has been gleaned from a lifetime of studying and practicing psychological healing methods, mindfulness approaches, and spiritual traditions that have allowed her to heal her own traumas and mental health challenges. Marnee is an International Coach Federation Association Certified Coach, a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, and a teacher-in-training of the 8-week courses: Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).

Refunds: Please consider carefully your selection prior to registering as all class registrations are non-refundable once the class has begun, similar to a transaction you would make to purchase a consultation with a professional. You may cancel your registration one week prior to the event for a full refund less a $10 processing fee. Our programs have a limited number of participants so when you register we are reserving one of those spaces for you. You are making a commitment to yourself, to your fellow participants, and to the facilitators who are hard at work preparing the materials and space for you.

We now have partial scholarships available for those who wish to attend and need a bit of assistance.
