We remember things better when we “experience” them.
Come join us for a 6-week exploration of “Polishing the Mirror” by Ram Dass.
Each week we will discuss what we have read and then integrate that knowledge into our lives by a practice that helps the information become a part of us.

Come meet with Michelle and Rhonda for over a century of wisdom sharing. 

You will want to read the first two chapters prior to our first meeting.

“Polishing the Mirror” A 6-Week Experiential Book Study

Rhonda’s passion is cultivating peace and spaciousness within self and others so we can live into the incredible beings we are called to be. She loves finding peace wherever – in moments of silence, connecting with others, time spent on the mat, meditating, hiking, at the beach – all and more provide time to pause and connect with our essence. 

Rhonda’s offerings include spiritual direction, restoring your being via breath, supported openings, and sound, and integrate the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual to tap into the quiet space within where wisdom resides. From here, discerning what is there, waiting to be unearthed and embraced unfolds.  

She is trained in spiritual direction, profound guided meditation (Yoga Nidra), body movement and breathing via yogic training. She credits her success as a professional leader with these teachings, as well as MBA and BS degrees.

Michelle is blessed to be in the second half of life. The second half of life has allowed her to pause and become mindful of the contemplative life. She is passionate about bringing this “stillness” to others through the art of spiritual direction and meditation.

Michelle uses the graces of Reiki and aromatherapy to help bring healing and wholeness to mind, body and spirit. She is also a retreat leader, small group facilitator and mediation teacher. She and Amanda have teamed up in the past to lead small groups, retreats and also direct a small meditation center.

Refunds: Please consider carefully your selection prior to registering as all class registrations are non-refundable once the class has begun, similar to a transaction you would make to purchase a consultation with a professional. You may cancel your registration one week prior to the event for a full refund less a $10 processing fee. Our programs have a limited number of participants so when you register we are reserving one of those spaces for you. You are making a commitment to yourself, to your fellow participants, and to the facilitators who are hard at work preparing the materials and space for you.

We now have partial scholarships available for those who wish to attend and need a bit of assistance.
