Meeting Spirit Guides Through Meditation

Meeting Spirit Guides Through Meditation

We are full of ancient and collective wisdom; however, it can be difficult to access this wisdom when we are stressed, in turmoil, or feeling overwhelmed.

In this hour long session, Tarrin will explain how guided meditation for insight works and will guide you through a visual meditation to meet with your own Spirit guide. You will have the opportunity to gain wisdom, clarity, or feedback for any life situation. After the meditation, there is time for integrating your experience through body work, art, journaling, and grounding.

After these meditations, many people report feeling amazed and grateful that they can now access their own inner wisdom at any point. They often receive feedback from their guides that helps them move forward in an area of their life or receive healing where there has been a wound. Using guided meditations to meet with spirits and other wise characters is a powerful and transformative experience that stays with you! This tool and these images go with you into the world, and you can reach in and access them whenever you need!

Meeting Spirit Guides Through Meditation

Tarrin McDonald is a teacher, facilitator, dream tender, certified spiritual director, and desert wild woman.

She inquires deeply into her own wild and wonderous nature, confronting layer after layer of shadow to meet her Soul face to face. She is a woman drawn to the internal life who feels the pull of an unspoken unseen current, contemplates myth and story and mystery, and creates space for all forms of Self to manifest. Her passion is to create and hold space for women as they journey together from unconscious living to fully embodied Wise Wild Women, nurturing themselves and tending to Soul-work in the world.

In addition to journeying with women in one on one spiritual direction sessions, Tarrin can be found studying the work of Jungian Analysts, pursuing her MA and PhD in Depth Psychology, facilitating women’s moon gatherings, learning from the wise women in her life, and wandering the desert, marveling.

All of Tarrin's offerings can be found at her website:
