Living from your heart is a course designed to transform you and your life, so you can begin to see the world bigger by living an inner freedom no longer bound by old thoughts and belief systems.

Living from the Heart is for you if are ready to:

  • Break past patterns
  • Understand yourself so you can open up to others
  • Begin to see gifts of the everyday day with appreciation for the little things
  • Start to live love from the inside out
  • Experience a new level of intimacy and love in relationships with yourself and others
  • Gain a tool box of insights that help you connect deeply with others Gain capacity to have a peaceful presence

During this 7 month journey you will:

  • Experience inner exploration
  • Connect to your truth, your heart
  • Identify old patterns that hold you back so you understand how past beliefs keep you from seeing others
  • Develop the skills to connect deeply with others authentically by becoming away of heart connection

This experiential group will meet once a month in person and once a month online for 7 months. Because of the level of connection in this group, an interview is required before registration. This group is limited to 8 people.

Our sessions will meet 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Pathways of Grace 1428 E Northern Ave, Phoenix

Led by Michelle Jereb and Amanda Petersen

Michelle Jereb is a Spiritual Director, Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher and Retreat Leader.  Her passion is to help bring healing to people “mind, body, & spirit”. She delights when people connect to their light within. She enjoys reading, aromatherapy, and spending lots and lots of time with her grandchildren (her best teachers).

Amanda Petersen, founder of Pathways of Grace, has experience as a Pastor, Hospice Chaplain, Spiritual Director, Life Coach and Artist. With her group work and retreats she emphasizes the gift of community and being present to one another no matter what the similarities or differences might be we are all one with God. She has led many contemplative workshops and retreats for churches and other organizations. She is approaching her 20th year as a spiritual director/companion and is adjunct faculty at Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction.

Appointments may be paid for at time of service.

Refunds: Please consider carefully your selection prior to registering as all class registrations are non-refundable once the class has begun, similar to a transaction you would make to purchase a consultation with a professional. You may cancel your registration one week prior to the event for a full refund less a $10 processing fee. Our programs have a limited number of participants so when you register we are reserving one of those spaces for you. You are making a commitment to yourself, to your fellow participants, and to the facilitators who are hard at work preparing the materials and space for you.

We now have partial scholarships available for those who wish to attend and need a bit of assistance.

Directions: Take 14th Place and enter from the back of the property. Parking on the street is allowed right next to the Center but NOT in the neighborhood.
