Explore and Connect with God is a course designed to claim your soul’s purpose for healing and your inner listening skills, so you can be a safe space for others to heal and discover their inner life.
Explore and Connect with God is for you if are ready to:
- Claim your soul’s purpose
- Connect more deeply to those you serve
- Become an open vessel so others can safely explore their inner life
- Understand different perspectives
- Become open to different faith perspectives
- Experience a deeper understanding of your own inner life/guidance
- Gain a greater awareness for living a purpose filled life
During this 7 month journey you will:
- Understand what it means to be a spiritual companion
- Learn how to ask deep questions of yourself and others
- Integrate ancient and modern understandings of spiritual deepening
- Understand the mind, body, spirit connection in order to create a safe space for others
- Find your unique way of accompanying another in spirit.
This experiential group will meet once a month in person and once a month online for 7 months. Because of the level of connection in this group, an interview is required before registration. This group is limited to 8 people.
Our sessions will meet 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Pathways of Grace 1428 E Northern Ave, Phoenix
September 8, 2018,
January 15, 2019,
Online group will be determined once the cohort is formed.
Due to the nature of this experience, there will be a short interview before acceptance.
Led by Michelle Jereb and Amanda Petersen
Michelle Jereb is a Spiritual Director, Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher and Retreat Leader. Her passion is to help bring healing to people “mind, body, & spirit”. She delights when people connect to their light within. She enjoys reading, aromatherapy, and spending lots and lots of time with her grandchildren (her best teachers).
Amanda Petersen, founder of Pathways of Grace, has experience as a Pastor, Hospice Chaplain, Spiritual Director, Life Coach and Artist. With her group work and retreats she emphasizes the gift of community and being present to one another no matter what the similarities or differences might be we are all one with God. She has led many contemplative workshops and retreats for churches and other organizations. She is approaching her 20th year as a spiritual director/companion and is adjunct faculty at Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction.

Refunds: Please consider carefully your selection prior to registering as all class registrations are non-refundable once the class has begun, similar to a transaction you would make to purchase a consultation with a professional. You may cancel your registration one week prior to the event for a full refund less a $10 processing fee. Our programs have a limited number of participants so when you register we are reserving one of those spaces for you. You are making a commitment to yourself, to your fellow participants, and to the facilitators who are hard at work preparing the materials and space for you. We reserve the right to cancel a session if the attendance minimum is not met five days in advance.
We now have partial scholarships available for those who wish to attend and need a bit of assistance.
